Practice Makes Perfect
Personal training is a 1 on 1 private gym session. In these sessions athletes will be guided through their personal, goal oriented program from warm up to cool down/stretch.
As a parent I am beyond pleased with what Matt Brewster has done for my son. His passion and drive applies to his training of young athletes and my son has benefited greatly in the time he has been training and working on injury prevention with Matt. As a coach it is great to see the development of the players that I coach who attend Matt and seeing how they become more confident with what they are capable of doing and it translates on the field.

CEO and Head Trainer
Matt was a 4 year varsity letter winner for both hockey and lacrosse at Merrimack High School. As a high school lacrosse player he received All-American Honors and played club lacrosse for FCA's National High School team with some of the best players in the country. Matt attended Sacred Heart University while playing D1 lacrosse. In college, Matt furthered his knowledge and skills and has been coaching high school and youth club lacrosse in New Hampshire for 6 years. Matt is a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Science Association and graduated Franklin Pierce University with a Heath Science Degree. Matt has been using his knowledge as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for 4 Leaf Lacrosse NE to outline and program design for athletes to get them to the next level.
