Athlete Training Programs

Our Athlete Training Programs are build specific to the sport of the individual with focuses in:

- Injury Prevention

- Strength 

- Conditioning

- Speed

- Explosiveness 

Middle School Training Program

This program is for Youth athletes ages 10-14. Our focus is to educate each athlete as they train through multiple phases of functional movements. This program is a great starting point for youth athletes to set a base level of learning and experience to build and work through upper level training programs. 


High School Training Program

Our High School Training programs (age 14-18) introduces Olympic Lifting to focus on power, speed, and explosiveness. We aim to give each athlete an advantage over the competition!


College Training Program

Our College Summer Training Program aims to be an extension of your yearly training at school by bringing you the state of the art program built specifically for your sport.
