Personal Training
Our Personal Training offers professional 1 on 1 training. We aim to create a workout programs specific for you to reach your goals. At Platinum we put an emphasis on educating all of our athletes to have a lasting impact on their strength and conditioning journey.
Session Breakdown
Each 1 on 1 session is 55-60 min long. During the session each athlete will perform a warm up/mobility series, strength/power/conditioning portion, and a cool down/stretch. All workout programs are built on a progression system to constantly push each athlete to their next level while providing an overall positive experience.
Initial Assessment
Jump in on an opportunity to have a movement assessment. This assessment will help determine movement patterns that need to be focused on during your workout program and helps identify underlying mobility and technique lapses that could impact your day to day life.
